Personal information collected from Users of the Site

Personal information collected from Users of Products
Apart from the above information collected from the use of our Site, when you use our Products, we collect the following additional information:
- Account Information: When you register or create an account with us for use of our Products, we require your full name (first and last name) and email address and also ask that you create unique user credentials in the form of a username and a password for secure access reasons. We do not store raw passwords at any time anywhere on our servers. If you or your organization has elected two- factor authentication, then, we will also collect your mobile phone number for such authentication purposes
- Information from sign-ons using third party applications: If you choose to log in to our Products using your accounts with third party applications such as Facebook, Google etc., such applications will authenticate your identity and may share certain personal information such as your name and email address with us.
- Payment Information: You may also be required to provide payment information such as your full name, billing address/phone number and credit card information or other payment account information when you purchase our products. For quick processing of future payments, if you have given us your consent, we may store your credit card information or other payment information in an encrypted format in the secured servers of our payment gateway service providers.
- Information collected automatically from Product use: We collect information about your use of our Products, including mobile applications, from Product logs and in-house usage analytics tools, and use it to understand how we can improve our products and better serve your business needs. This information includes clicks, scrolls, features accessed, access time and frequency, errors, performance data, storage utilized, user settings and configurations, and devices used to access and their locations.
- Information entrusted to Wutzeric as a result of use of Products : When you use our Products, you may entrust to us certain personal information which may be uploaded to/stored on our Products or otherwise received when you access our Products through mobile applications (“Product Data”). This Product Data may include personal information of your customers, vendors, employees or other business partners (if you are a data controller) or the personal information of employees , vendors, customers or business partners of your client (if you are a data processor). Such Product Data also includes information stored on your mobile devices such as in your camera, photo library, contact information, call logs etc., but only when you use our mobile applications to access our Products and elect to allow access to such information stored on your mobile device. You can disable such access at any time by changing the settings on your mobile device.
How we use your personal information
- To pursue our legitimate interests which include but are not limited to (i) ensuring the security of our Site, Products, network and information systems; (ii) understanding how our Site or Products are used and identifying any issues or problems associated with the usage of the Site or Products or with specific devices used to access the Site or Products; (iii) developing and improving our Products and services; and (iv) to protect our rights and comply with our legal obligations.
- To set up and maintain your account and provide related services.

You can deactivate these notifications (if you are our direct customer, or if your organization (which is our direct customer) permits) by adjusting the application or device settings.
- We will always rely on a legal basis for using your personal information, including but not limited to, contractual performance, your consent or our or a third party’s legitimate interests.
How we secure and protect your personal information
Wutzeric has established, and maintains, appropriate technical, administrative, and physical measures that are designed to prevent unauthorized access, use, disclosure or destruction of personal information we collect or store, and to preserve the security and integrity of your personal information. We regularly monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks. However, it is not possible to fully guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet. Location, disclosures and retention of your personal information
The Site is controlled and operated by us from India and the information collected through the Site and use of the Products is stored on servers located in India, USA and Singapore. In case of information collected from, but transferred outside, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, such transfers will be in accordance with applicable safeguards including but not limited to, as applicable, Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and other legitimate transfer mechanisms.
We may disclose your personal information to:
- Wutzeric employees and contractors: We ensure that access by our employees and contractors to your personal information is restricted to specific individuals on a need to know basis, and is logged and audited. Our employees will also have access to data that you knowingly share with us for communication/technical support or to import data into our Products or services. We communicate and stringently enforce our privacy and security policies and requirements with our employees and contractors.
- Service providers and third party-processors: We may disclose your personal information to certain third parties contracted to carry out specific services for us or with whom we collaborate in delivering Products and related services to you. Such disclosures will be made only for the purposes/uses as outlined above and only upon contractual undertakings by such third parties to comply with obligations consistent with those contained in this policy.
